The Park City Kimball Arts Festival takes place at the
Kimball Arts Center located in historic Park City right on
Park Avenue. This not for profit organization is a community group that sponsors various activities and programs for those visiting as well as locals. It has been operating for over 30 years in its quiet, intimate setting, providing visitors with the ability to enjoy various types of artwork.
The Park City Kimball Arts Festival is a yearly event where over 200 artists are selected and invited to showcase their pieces. Additionally, there are live bands (often 30 or more) playing on three stages, wine tasting, and even arts and crafts centers. There are often raffles and retail displays where local artisans are showing their wares. One of the largest attractions is the beer gardens, of which there are three. This summer event happens on various weekends during the summer and is a family friendly event. You can stop by the Kimball Arts Center to learn about being part of the festival or to learn more about the events happening this year.
The Kimball Arts Center also provides various other activities and events throughout the year including educational programs, the Park City Gallery Stroll and much more. This large community art center is a meeting and gathering place for just about anyone. Visitors can stop by during business hours to view the artwork on display or to learn more about the festivals and events happening.
